Answer: First, you need to register to create a PictureSky account for yourself, so that you can start creating your online albums and upload photos.
And also to enjoy all of our other features like online printing.

| Question: Can I change my user name? |
Answer: Currently you can't change your user name yourself.

| Question: I forgotten my login info, how do I retrieve? |
Answer: If you had forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by going to the login page and click on the forgotten password link.

| Question: Are my photos safe in PictureSky? |
Answer: Yes. PictureSky do backups periodically to ensure integrity of your photos.
However, it is your own responsibility to protect the privacy of your photos.
To privatise your photos, ie. disallow people from the public to view it, change the properties of your photo album.

| Question: I am running out of free space? |
Answer: Registration and usage of the basic 25mb account is free. However, PictureSky do recognise some member's requirements for extra storage space. To subscribe to our premium membership, click here
