With an easy to use service, PictureSky Online Printing enables users of all age group to easily order prints online.
PictureSky Online Printing Service takes care of delivery of your prints to your doorstep too. A minimal delivery charge is applied.

| Question: Why should I waste time uploading my photos for Online Printing? |
Answer: Maintaining online albums for photos enthusiasts had always been the main objective of PictureSky.
Online printing is an added value service which we believed will benefit users.
By uploading your photos to PictureSky, you are not limited to just our Online Printing Service, instead, you stand to gain numerous benefits like

| Question: How much are the shipping fees? |
Answer: A minimal charge of $1.50 is applicable for delivery of prints to your specified address. Locally (Singapore) only.
Free, no charge when you collect your prints at our selected participating outlets.

| Question: Where are the collection centres for self collection? |
Answer: You can opt to collection your prints at our affiliate partners' outlets.

| Question: How long will it take for prints to be delivered to me? |
Answer: It will normally take 1 day to print, and the prints will be delivered to you within 3 working days.

| Question: I am not in Singapore, can you deliver to my country? |
Answer: Currently, PictureSky Online Printing only caters for delivery in Singapore.
However, we will soon be launching outlets in countries like Malaysia.

| Question: Can I ship to multiple address? |
Answer: Currently, you can only ship to one address.
We will be considering the option for users to send their prints to multiple address.

| Question: What payment methods do you accept? |
Answer: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Our payment system are integrated with eNETS to provide a secure and ease of use paying method.
Bank transfer with all major banks.

| Question: Can I order prints from another user's photos? |
Answer: Yes. Just browse to his/her album, and click on the [Order Prints] button on top.

| Question: How are my photos printed exactly? |
Answer: We utilize high-end digital photographic printer,ensuring the consistency & quality to create photographic prints from your digital camera images.
We use KODAK ROYAL PAPER & CHEMICAL, and you have a choice of Matt or Glossy Finish with or without borders -- at no extra charges!

| Question: Do my photos need to meet any requirements for Online Printing? |
Answer: Your uploaded photos are recommended to meet the recommended resolution.
However, you can still order prints if your photos does not meet the recommended resolution. Prints qualities will not be guaranteed.

| Question: What is the difference between 4R and 4RD print? |
Answer:4R's dimension is 4" x 6", 4RD's dimension is 4" x 5.33"
4RD is short for 4R DSC (4R Digital Still Camera).
Most digital still cameras have image ratio of 4RD, except for DSLRs which have image settings at 4R's 3 : 2 Ratio.
In short, if you're using a digital still camera, choosing 4RD will ensure that there is no cropping of your picture.
A normal 4R development will result in some parts of the top and bottom being cut away.
This is the same for all photo lab developments.

| Question: I am running out of free space? |
| Answer: Registration and usage of the basic 25mb account is free. However, PictureSky do recognise some member's requirements for extra storage space, especially during ordering for online prints. If you need more storage space for Online Printing, send us an email, and we will gladly allocate you with the necessary storage space.
