After following the below steps, you will be able to enjoy batch uploading of multiple photos with Windows XP in-built feature
What is required
- Windows XP - older versions of Windows will not work.
- Click here if you do not have Windows XP
Install
- Right click on this link. Select
. Save the file on your desktop. When saving the file, check that the proposed
file name is picturesky_wiz.reg. When downloaded, go to your desktop, double click on the
file (and click YES to any prompts ) in order to register your pc with the web publishing wizard.
Using
- Open My Documents (or wherever you store your photos) and navigate to where your pictures are stored.
- Select the files you want to post to PictureSky and click on
in the left pane.
If you are publishing the whole folder, don't select files. Just click

- Click on next
- Confirm your file selection. Click on Next.
- In the list of services that appear, select the one for PictureSky. If the service does not appear, check that you have installed
picturesky_wiz.reg as described above.
- Click on next
- Input your login information if required.

- Select the target album for your pictures or create a new one.

- Click on next.
- Select the file size you want. Note, for Online Printing, the minimum resolution for a 4R print should be not less than 1024 by 768

- Click on next. The upload of your pictures starts.
- When it is completed, go to www.picturesky.com/yourUsername to see if pictures have been properly added.
Notes :
- Once the upload has started, the wizard can't display any error message returned by
the script so you can't know if the upload failed or succeeded until you check your gallery.
Troubleshooting:
- If you do not see the left pane in the folder window, click Tools -> Folder Options

- Click Show common tasks in folders
